Welcome to Ludwig School

Ludwig School is located at 710 N. State Street in Lockport, IL. Ludwig opened its doors to students for the first time in 1952.  Currently Ludwig School serves all 4th and 5th grade students within the Will County School District 92 boundaries. Ludwig School takes pride in providing students with a caring and rigorous learning environment, where students learn academic excellence, individual responsibility, and how to successfully engage with peers and adults.  Ludwig staff members work tirelessly to prepare all students for a smooth transition to the junior high level; academically, socially and emotionally.  Each year, we work towards meeting these lofty goals, with the support of our tremendous D92 community and our amazing Ludwig Families.
